2. Automatic film connection device of packaging machine

When the packaging machine is in continuous production, the automatic film connecting device can accurately and quickly complete the docking of two rolls of packaging film without stopping the machine, which can not only reduce the waste bags, but also improve the production efficiency. In recent years, it has been widely used in production practice.

The automatic film connecting device is controlled by the PLC of the packaging machine. On the touch screen, there is a control program: "film connection on" and "film connection off".

The docking error of color code is no more than 10mm, and only 1-3 packaging pouches are used in the docking process.

3. Delivery machine

The delivery machine is 4.2m double paths, driven by servo motor alone. Overcome the disadvantages of traditional input machine: The vibration caused by transverse sealing and cutting is transmitted to the delivery machine chain through the transmission chain, causing the chain and shifting fork of the input machine to shake, resulting in "seasoning pouch dropping" phenomenon

There are two paths of delivery machine, the straight path is used for conveying seasoning pouch. Different kinds of pouches can be dispensed according to customer demand, dropping position is accurate, multi-layer conveying. The seasoning pouch is placed at the bottom of noodle with precise feeding, so there will be no dislocation phenomenon of seasoning pouches. The curved path is used to conveying noodles, it adopts high quality curved chain (specially customized) polymer nylon guide rail, which can make the noodle conveying smooth, and connect with the seasoning pouch path for barrier-free conveying.

The delivery machine adopts the high quality special chain (same with the Japan Omori) and the mold molding high molecular plastic guide rail (same with the Japan Omori). The conveying is smooth with low friction loss and low noise. It’s suitable for the production of various seasoning pouches.
